Refund Policy

14-day voluntary refund

If the software does not do what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full under this voluntary policy. You do not need to justify the request.

Polar Software, Inc., as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, may separately issue refunds under its buyer terms or chargeback-prevention rights. That possibility is not a guarantee of additional rights beyond this 14-day voluntary policy. VoidNotch is the software licensor and supplier.

How to request one

Email support@voidnotch.com with your Polar order or receipt reference. We aim to reply within a few business days. Use the reference from your email or customer portal.

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, the licence key from that purchase is revoked and the software returns to its free Community features. Please deactivate your Macs from inside the app before requesting the refund where you can.

After 14 days

We are a very small operation and cannot offer refunds beyond 14 days as a rule. If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us anyway and we will look at it.

Chargebacks

Please email us before opening a chargeback with your bank. A refund is faster for you and cheaper for us, and we would rather just give you your money back.
